By purchasing, accessing, or using any service provided by CreeperCastle ("Client", "Customer", "You"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Definitions

"Services" – Refers to all hosting solutions, including Minecraft Hosting, CreeperShield, Bot Hosting, RDP, and VPS.
"Client" or "Customer" – The individual or entity purchasing and/or using CreeperCastle services.
"Account" – The customer's registered account on our billing/control panel.
"DDoS Protection" – Mitigation services provided by CreeperCastle to protect against Distributed Denial of Service attacks.
"Refund Window" – The eligible period for refund requests, as defined in Section 5.

2. Account Registration & Security

• Customers must register using a valid email address and keep contact information up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• CreeperCastle is not liable for unauthorized account access due to weak passwords, credential sharing, or user negligence.

3. Services Provided

CreeperCastle provides:

Minecraft Hosting

Optimized game servers for Minecraft.

CreeperShield

DDoS protection for servers and applications.

Bot Hosting

Discord and automation bot hosting.

RDP Hosting

Remote Desktop access for personal/business use.

VPS Hosting

Full root-access virtual private servers.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted strictly as per the product purchased:

Minecraft Hosting: Within 2 hours
CreeperShield: Within 6 hours

❌ No Refunds

Bot Hosting: Once provisioned
RDP Hosting: Once provisioned
VPS Hosting: Once provisioned

⚠️ Refund Conditions:

• Service must not have been used in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Refund requests must be submitted via official support channels.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.

Important: Chargebacks or PayPal disputes will result in immediate termination of services without eligibility for future purchases.

5. Billing & Payments

• Services are billed in advance and must be paid before activation.
• Renewal invoices are generated before the due date; failure to pay will lead to suspension and eventual termination.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring timely payment.
• All prices are subject to change, though existing subscriptions will remain unchanged until the next renewal cycle.

6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use CreeperCastle services for:

❌ Illegal activities such as phishing, fraud, or distribution of malware
❌ Hosting pirated, copyrighted, or prohibited content
❌ Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages

❌ Launching DDoS attacks, port scanning, or other malicious activities
❌ Activities that negatively impact other customers or our infrastructure

⚠️ Violations will result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Network & DDoS Protection

• All services include DDoS protection.
• While CreeperCastle strives to provide maximum uptime and stability, no service can guarantee 100% protection against all attacks.
• During heavy attacks, rerouting, filtering, or temporary restrictions may be applied to ensure network stability.
• CreeperShield customers receive advanced mitigation priority.

8. Uptime & Service Availability

CreeperCastle aims for 99.9% uptime across services.

Downtime may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (notified in advance)
• Hardware/software failure
• External issues such as upstream provider outages or large-scale DDoS attacks

Compensation for downtime, if any, will be issued as service credits only, not refunds.

9. Data & Backups

• Customers are solely responsible for creating and maintaining backups.
• CreeperCastle does not guarantee data recovery in case of accidental deletion, service suspension, or hardware failure.
• We strongly recommend maintaining off-site backups at all times.

10. Suspension & Termination

CreeperCastle may suspend or terminate services without refund if:

• Payments are overdue
• The customer violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
• The service usage disrupts CreeperCastle infrastructure or other customers

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.

11. Liability & Disclaimer

• Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• CreeperCastle is not liable for damages, direct or indirect, including but not limited to: loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
• We are not responsible for downtime or data loss caused by events outside our control.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CreeperCastle harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Modifications

CreeperCastle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New Delhi, India.
